Although the coach failed to meet his target at this Sundays Race by 6 seconds pretty much everyone else improved on their previous bests.

1st of our group home was janet in and excellent time of 48mis 53secs taking nearly 10 minutes off her Abbey Dash time as well as making it as 3rd counter in The KACAC team

2nd home in 54.49 was Tracey Hodgson who not only beat her Abbey time by nearly 1.5 mins, but also managed to run the whole distance with out walking

3rd Home in 55.55 was Munny who was so pleased to have beaten the hour and by over 4 minutes as well

Next home in 1.03.01 was Rosie who again ran the whole distance as she had at the Abbey but this time came in 3 minutes faster, with that improvement she will soon be joining Munny at beating the hour.

Ever Young Vicky came in with a time of 1.09.01 and was immediatley thanked by a lady who had just completed her 1st race and had used Vicky to get her round.

Next stop is the BigK 10k on 14th March, Mothers day where once again many of the group will be looking at personal bests for the course……watch this space
